Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Simandu Bridge provides freight forwarding and logistics services, including but not limited to: air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), rail freight, road transport, customs brokerage, warehousing, and cargo insurance arrangement. We act as an intermediary between clients and transportation carriers.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, customs inspections, fuel surcharges, and other factors. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited as per international conventions:

• Air freight: Montreal Convention (approximately 20 SDR per kg)
• Sea freight: Hague-Visby Rules (approximately 666.67 SDR per package)
• Rail/Road: CMR Convention (approximately 8.33 SDR per kg)

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive cargo insurance for high-value shipments. Insurance is available at 0.3% to 1.0% of declared value.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due before cargo release unless credit terms have been established. Accepted methods:

• Bank transfer (SWIFT)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• USDT (Tether) stablecoin for international settlements

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to place a lien on cargo for unpaid invoices.

5. Prohibited Items

The following are prohibited: illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous waste, counterfeit goods, and any items prohibited by applicable law. Dangerous goods (ADR/IMDG/IATA) require special handling and advance notification.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow under the ICC rules.
